The Problem

The Denver Preschool Program (DPP) needed an innovative, cost-effective customer service and data management partner. They were looking for a partner who could provide a high level of accuracy, provide a nimble technology solution for program administration, and help develop standardized policies and procedures.

The Solution

Metrix has managed student eligibility determination and program enrollment, customer service, attendance and payment processing, and data system administration for the Denver Preschool Program since 2012. Metrix also develops the annual tuition credit scale used to determine tuition support paid to providers on behalf of Denver families. Furthermore, in 2022 Metrix developed a web-based portal for providers to more accurately and efficiently enter their attendance and receive their payment reports. The program launched to providers in the spring of 2023.

Metrix’s solution focused on:

  • The DPP Scholarship Program covering full tuition costs for families most in need

  • Tuition support for 3-year-olds

  • Remote learning support during the COVID-19 pandemic

Metrix’s contract was renewed in 2017, 2021, and 2024 after proving itself as a collaborative, accurate, and reliable partner.
