Our leadership team reflects our diversity, with a significant portion of our managers, supervisors and executive leadership being women, Black, and Latinx. Our team members identify as Black, Latinx, White, and LGBTQ. We’re also diverse in our education, holding degrees in everything from business and social work to engineering and plant genetics. Our team members bring a wide range of work experiences as well, having worked in nonprofits, government, and the private sector, in roles like educators, counselors, and customer support.
