Since program inception in June of 2017, Metrix has processed 5,500 student applications and 489 provider applications. Metrix has also processed 26,889 attendance entries, resulting in $27 million in tuition assistance payments to Cincinnati preschools on behalf of families.

The Problem
After passing a mill levy to fund both tuition support and investment in raising quality throughout the city’s preschools, the Cincinnati Preschool Promise needed a partner to help them administer their new program. They needed customer support for both families and preschools and needed a secure data system for tracking applications, enrollments, student attendance, and payments.
The Solution
Metrix was hired to develop a robust and flexible administrative database and provide staff to manage both customer service and data processing for the program.
